Chicken tikka is a British favourite, but there's no need to resort to a ready meal or takeaway. Vineet Bhatia shows you how to marinade chicken in lemon juice, spices and yoghurt to create a delicious Indian kebab. You don't have to stick with chicken either – you can also try this method with lamb or pork. And at home, a hot oven will work just fine in place of a tandoor.
